Broadway Square is a $30 million revitalization project within the historic Pendleton neighborhood, immediately adjacent to the Cincinnati central business district. This transit-oriented development provides affordable market rate apartments, particularly attractive to employees at the nearby Casino and new area restaurants and entertainment venues. The project was completed in three phases:
Phase One: Renovation of 39 residential apartments and over 12,000 square feet of retail and office space, including a coffee shop, a restaurant, and a pub. It was fully leased within three months and has exceeded rental rate projections by 21%.
Phase Two: LEED Certified renovation of 34 residential apartments and 17,000 square feet of retail and office space.
Phase Three: LEED Certified renovation of 30 residential apartments and 1,200 square feet of retail and office space.
